Dr. Williams heads up the 1-mile fitness walk through neighborhoods around the market.Anyone who participates in the 5K, the 1-mile walk, or gets a free blood pressure screening at the Beaumont Health booth will have a chance to win farm shares (four winners), beautiful flower bouquets (three winners), and one winner will receive a $100 gift certificate from Essential Family Chiropractic.
